Silimba - Pecorino fresco del Pardu "mini"
Silimba owes its name to the fruit of the carob tree, in Sardinian "silimba".
It is a fresh sheep cheese and it is the smallest in our production.
In fact, its weight is about 600 grams.
It can be tasted all around the meal or melted near the fireplace, in the oven or inside hot soups.
