Unlike similar products, the Granboi is created through a unique process, which allows to use the milk purely, without the need of skimming it. A pasteurized whole milk pecorino with a sweet, delicate and flavorful taste. White paste – straw-colored, compact and slightly holed. Produced using liquid calf rennet and natural ferments with a single break of the curd, using the rice grain technique.
