Silimba owes its name to the fruit of the carob tree, in Sardinian language called “silimba”.
A pecorino capable of guaranteeing the pecorino’s traditional flavor at a very low sodium quantity. A delicate product focus on being healthy; Silimba is the second product of the Less Salt Line dedicated to health-conscious consumers but who at the same time do not want to give up from the inimitable taste of the Sardinian pecorino. Produced using liquid calf rennet with a double breaking technique of the curd, the walnut technique.
